OUR STORY
BUILT ON A DECADE OF FIREFIGHTERS IN HOMES
Station One Health grew out of years of work connecting off-duty firefighters with homeowners who needed a trusted hand. Along the way, one pattern stood out: firefighters walking into a senior's home would spot the loose rug, the missing grab bar, and the dark staircase without being asked.
Those are the hazards behind most falls among older adults. Station One Health turns that instinct into a structured, documented program for Medicare Advantage plans, so the people who already answer the call can help prevent it.
